Leadership
Elders - Elders are simply those called to minister. They are pastoral, spiritual overseers, shepherds, leaders of the flock and spiritually authentic. Elders are also mature, male, proven, influential, wise, respected, a protector of sound doctrine, and given to prayer and teaching of the Word. (Titus 1:5-9, 1 Peter 5:1-4, 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Ephesians 4:1-16, Acts 20:27-36, Hebrews 13:4-8, 1 Thessalonians 5:12-24; Philippians 1:1)

Deacons - Deacons are servants who support the mission and ministry of St. Paul Community Church. They provide service and assistance, and loving action towards others. This is spiritual calling (as in a witness). They are given to fellowship, outreach and administration, wise, respected and can be male or female having only one spouse (re-marriage does qualify). (1 Timothy 3:8-15; Acts 6:1-7; Romans 16; 1 Peter 5:5-11)
